What size of the bolts are used? They are 5mm bolts.

Is the carbon spacer must be installed on top of the stem? It's recommended to install on top for sufficient clamping area.

FOR 35MM: The Equalizer fits handlebars with a 35mm diameter. Please check your handlebar before purchasing.

VERSATILE USE: The Equalizer can be installed either way up for 10mm drop or 10mm rise for your ideal setup.
